LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Sarah J. Tunnat, 25, Woodsdale Road, Salem, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, credited with five days, fined $850 and ordered 80 hours of community service for possession of a drug abuse instrument, obstructing official business and receiving stolen property. Tunnat exited her vehicle and tried to run away from the police. While conducting an inventory on the abandoned vehicle, stolen jewelry was found in the vehicle.
Travis J. Riggs, 29, Old Monroeville Heights, Salineville, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $875, had his license suspended for one year and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense, no motorcycle endorsement and failure to control.
Nicholas Shaffer, 22, Pennsylvania Avenue, Poland, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $925, had his license suspended for one year and ordered 40 hours of community service for failure to control, OVI first offense and OVI breath .17+ first offense.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Mason R. Dunham, 19, homeless, charged with domestic violence. Dunham allegedly got upset with his mother and threatened her with a knife before throwing a knife at her and leaving the scene.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Joseph B. Humphries, 65, Salem Unity Road, Salem, charged with possession of drug abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
A Dec. 3 pretrial was set for Neil P. Barber, 45, Main Street, Leetonia, charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas M. Barrett, 65, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, credited with four days and fined $250 for violating a protection order.
Christopher A. Juillerat, 31, Henry Avenue Southwest, Canton, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $980, had his license suspended for one year and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 gram first offense, a seat belt violation and speeding.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Kevin L. McGinnis, 49, Monroe Street, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence. McGinnis allegedly threatened to burn down a house with his girlfriend and her children inside.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Carter D. Hollinger, 19, State Line Road, Pennsylvania, charged with resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
A Nov. 17 pretrial was set for Michael D. Proctor Jr., 51, Rochester Road, East Rochester, charged with assault. Proctor Jr. allegedly ran over the foot of James D. Soliday with his vehicle.
Gary L. Collins, 21, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $300 for disorderly conduct and reckless operation.
