New Waterford pair charged in break-in
LISBON — Peggy A. Barnhart, 66, and Michael D. Barnhart, 66, state Route 7, New Waterford, were each served a secret indictment charging them with breaking and enter, a fifth-degree felony. On March 7, they allegedly went into an unoccupied trailer owned by David Kissinger, which was near their home. The secret indictments were issued by the grand jury in October.
Travis L. Haupt, 31, state Route 45, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment charging him with possession of heroin and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. On Sept. 25, Haupt allegedly had heroin, carfentanil and methamphetamine. The charges are all fifth-degree felonies and were issued by the grand jury in October.
Eric S. McFarland, 41, state Route 7, Lisbon, is charged with possession of LSD, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having the drug on Dec. 25, 2019. The secret indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.
In another secret indictment by the grand jury in October, Brandon J. Douglas, 38, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony for allegedly having the drug on Nov. 7, 2019.
