— A vehicle was reported blocking another vehicle in a parking area on Monroe at 10:33 a.m. Thursday. The owner was contacted and moved the vehicle.
— Possible criminal trespassing was reported in the 300 block of Newgarden Avenue at 10:20 a.m. Thursday. An officer spoke to a person who said they were just getting items out of their household. The officer confirmed the person was allowed to be there.
— A woman reported at 8:29 a.m. Thursday that she was threatened by a co-worker at her place of employment on Pennsylvania Avenue.
— Police responded for two separate panic alarms at a residence on East Fifth Street at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday and at 12:28 a.m. Thursday. Both were accidental.
— A woman in the 800 block of West Pershing reported at 10:54 p.m. Wednesday that multiple items were missing, but she could not list them all. She was told to call the police back when she reorganizes her things and can make a list.
— Police were asked at 8:31 p.m. Wednesday to check the well-being of a female in the 1500 block of Southeast Boulevard after a family member said she hasn’t been acting right. Officers saw the female was having a possible medical emergency that has been going on for some time. Fire department first responders and KLG arrived to assess her and she was taken to Salem Regional Medical Center.
— A runaway juvenile was reported at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday from the 500 block of Franklin, but was located later.
— Police responded at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday to the 600 block of East Third Street for trespassers. A woman said several people were on her property. Officers found that work was being done on the house next door and equipment was on the woman’s property. She said it’s an ongoing issue with the property line. With no paperwork on the property line, a male removed the equipment from the property and was told to contact an attorney.
— Officers started toward Giant Eagle on East State at 3:17 p.m. Wednesday for a report of small children left inside a parked car. The caller called back and said the vehicle left.
— Kylie White, 27, of 425 N. Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, was charged with theft after police were called at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday to Walmart on East State for a shoplifter. The report said she failed to scan $122.92 worth of merchandise at the self checkout and left without paying. She was taken to jail.
— A suspicious person was reported in the 300 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, but officers determined the person was doing nothing illegal.
— Officers were dispatched to Maplewood Drive to assist EMS at 3:29 a.m. Wednesday.
