LISBON — In Columbianaa County Municipal Court, James A. Knezetic, 29, Aetna Street, Salem, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of tampering with evidence and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly tossing a bag of suspected methamphetamines onto the ground outside the vehicle to prevent it from being found during a traffic stop in Columbiana on Nov. 7.
A Nov. 23 preliminary hearing was set for Charles Louk, 46, Struthers, charged with felonious assault for allegedly punching and kicking Tom Fitzgerald repeatedly, along with co-defendant Nicholas Martin. Fitzgerald reportedly blacked out at least once and was transported by EMS to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital with injuries to his face, head and ear.
Marci Mancuso-Kirkpatrick, 35, Washington Street, Leetonia, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, had her license suspended for two years and fined $1,575 for OVI second offense, speeding and two counts of driving under OVI suspension.
Paul E. Hoffee, 47, Speidel Road, Lisbon, was fined $1,175, sentenced to five days in jail, had his license suspended for a year and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, high skip and left of center.
Maria L. Dimuzio, 36, Lakeview Drive, Hanoverton, was fined $950, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
Aaron Gardiner, 32, West Finley, Pa., was fined $905, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Lance J. Steffel, 65, Lakeview Drive, Hanoverton, was credited with 15 days served in jail and fined $600 for driving under OVI suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia for a black digital scale and several bags with white residue found in the backseat of the vehicle he was driving on Nov. 1.
Jared Bradley Yerby, 37, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $500 for driving under suspension and no license.
Michael D. Proctor Jr., 51, Rochester Road, East Rochester, was fined $300, credited with two days in jail and required 40 hours community service for assault for running over the left foot of James D. Soliday with a vehicle on Sept. 5.
Eric D. McQueen, 29, Youngstown, was fined $400 for driving under suspension and two counts of possession of marijuana.
Barbara J. Cox, 47, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $700 for wrongful entrustment with a suspended driver and driving under suspension.
A Jan. 5 pretrial was set for Tyler Morrell, 26, Beechwood Drive, Salem, cited with driving under suspension and use of an unauthorized plate.
Angela L. Holona, 35, Canton, was fined $150 for fictitious registration and failure to display a valid sticker.
Randall J. Fegert, 56, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Eric R. Riley, 26, New Brighton, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Kaylee Byars, 19, North Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and a tail lights violation.
Christopher L. Clark, 41, Ellwood City, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Curtis E. Jackson Jr., 38, Morton Street, Lisbon, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
Melissa Dugan, East South Range Road, New Springfield, was fined $100 for speeding.Shawn Douglas Tremain, 29, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $75 for speeding and a seat belt violation.
