North Canton man faces weapons charges
LISBON — Philip K. Funk, 39, North Canton, was served a secret indictment charging him with having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; having weapons while under a disability, a third-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, along with a firearm specification. On June 14, Funk allegedly had two Hi-point .45 caliber handguns and methamphetamines, which appeared to be prepared for sale. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in November.
