— Officers responded to the 400 block of North Ellsworth Avenue at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday in reference to a distraught female and found her talking on her cell phone. She said she was having issues with her ex-boyfriend but did not need any assistance.
— A 400 block Hickory Lane resident reported at 1:31 p.m. Wednesday her landlord had threatened her. The landlord was advised to legally evict the resident and not make any threats toward her.
— Officers responded with the fire department to the 900 block of Jefferson Avenue at 2:25 p.m. Thursday in reference to lines down in the roadway. The offices provided traffic control while firefighters removed the lines.
— Officers responded to the 300 block of East Sixth Street at 6:22 p.m. Thursday where a resident reported a vehicle had been sitting outside his home for an extended period of time, then the driver left when he outside, but drove past again. Officers were unable to find the vehicle.
— Officers responded to a 200 block West 14th Street home at 8:44 p.m. Thursday where the resident reported her mailbox had been damaged twice in the past two months. The matter is under investigation.
— Officers responded to a 2900 block East State Street business at 11:52 p.m. Thursday in reference to a dispute and found several people arguing about their place in line. They said nothing physical had occurred.
— A 300 block Penn Avenue resident reported at 12:08 a.m. Friday a neighbor in the apartment complex was smoking in their apartment, making her apartment smell. She was advised to contact her landlord.
— Officers responded to the 400 block of Sharp Avenue at 7:41 a.m. Friday in reference to a male individual attempting to gain entrance into a residence. The person left before officers arrived.
— Officers responded to the 800 block of South Lundy Avenue at 8:09 a.m. Friday in reference to a possible breaking and entering and found an open door to the building in question. Officers checked the building and notified the owner.
— An officer responded to the 1700 block of East State Street at 10:40 a.m. Friday where a delivery driver said he was pulling out of a parking lot when his trailer caught a cable, breaking a utility pole. Ohio Edison was notified.
— An officer responded to a 2400 block East State Street business at 11:54 a.m. Friday in reference to a theft of narcotics. The matter is under investigation.
–A caller reported there was a young girl walking alone on North Market Street near the Valley View convenience store at 8 p.m. Nov. 19. The 5-year-old girl identified herself and told the officer she was walking home from wrestling practice in downtown Lisbon. The officer took her back to the wrestling practice, where the mother was located. The mother said she was unaware her daughter had walked away.
— An officer came across two dogs running around the area of East North Avenue at 8:44 a.m. Thursday. A neighbor let the officer know who the dogs belong to, and the officer was able to get the two dogs into the home. The owner was advised.
