Highway Patrol
— Clinton F. Young, 53, of Lisbon, was driving on Old Route 154 in Elkrun Township when his Ford F-150 pickup truck caught fire at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday.
— Chase E. McCanna, 39, of Rogers, was approaching the stop sign on Pine Hollow Road at state Route 7 in Middleton Township when the brakes in his car gave out and his car went through the intersection and overturned at 8:52 a.m. Monday. McCanna said he had just purchased the 1984 Lincoln Continental, which had not been driven in 18 years, and was taking it home to work on. The troopers found the brakes were not working and cited McCanna for driving an unsafe vehicle and driving under suspension.
