Salem man pleads guilty to possession
LISBON — Bradley J. Bowlin, 39, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and was placed on a three-year intervention in lieu of conviction treatment plan. Bowlin had methamphetamines on March 28, 2020.
