A 16-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court for allegedly violating the terms of his probation on Jan. 14 by choking his mother and striking her multiple times.

A 13-year-old girl was cited after allegedly striking an employee of the Tobin Attention Center multiple times while she was housed at the facility on Feb. 11.

A 16-year-old Wellsville girl was cited after leaving home Feb. 28 and failing to return home or let her parents or guardians know where she was.

A 16-year-old Perry Township girl was cited for allegedly striking her mother and for screaming at and shoving another family member on Feb. 22.

A 13-year-old Salineville girl was cited on Feb. 18 for allegedly refusing to follow household rules and being habitually disobedient.

A 16-year-old Wellsville boy was cited for allegedly violating the terms of his probation by leaving Safehouse without permission on Feb. 10 and failing to return.

Three Carrolton teenagers, ages 13, 14 and 16, were cited for allegedly damaging property at Walmart in Salem by throwing paint and other substances on the floor in the restroom on Jan. 9. The 16-year-old was also cited for breaking an object in the store.

A 17-year-old Salem child was cited for allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart, totaling $217 on Jan. 17.

A 16-year-old Beaver Township boy was cited for allegedly violating the terms of his probation by pushing his step-mother down the stairs and striking her on Jan. 31.

A 14-year-old Columbiana boy was cited for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a 6-year-old girl in July 2019. The boy was 12 years old the time the incident reportedly took place.

A 16-year-old Salem boy was cited for allegedly threatening in a video to physically harm someone on Feb. 8. He was holding what appears to be a handgun in the video. The boy was also cited for yelling at and threatening to strike a woman.

A 14-year-old Wellsville child was cited for allegedly damaging and operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent on Jan. 12.

A 14-year-old Wellsville girl was cited for allegedly stealing $3,000 from her grandparents on Aug. 8.

A 17-year-old boy was cited for allegedly violating terms of his probation by posting a story on Snapchat of him claiming to be in possession of crystal meth while holding a ziploc bag of crystals. He also threatened to kill and maim “everyone he knows.” The boy is in recovery and admitted to relapsing and using fentanyl.

A 19-year-old East Liverpool man was cited for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl in May 2019. He was 17 years old at the time the incident reportedly took place.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited for allegedly threatening to kill a dog, busting out the window of a vehicle owned by a family member, and testing positive for marijuana and alcohol on Jan. 6.

A 14-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited for allegedly assaulting her mother on Jan. 25. She reportedly pulled her down by her hair and kicked her multiple times in the ribs.

A 14-year-old boy was cited for luring another boy into a doorway where he and another boy were waiting and threw paint in the victim’s face and struck him multiple times on Jan. 9.

A 14-year-old Salem girl was cited for allegedly assaulting a girl by dragging her outside by the hair and hitting her several times on Jan. 1.

A 12-year-old Salineville boy was cited for allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with his 6-year-old sister in November 2020.

A 14-year-old Lisbon boy was cited for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a child while she was sleeping in May 2020.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited on Jan. 7 for allegedly violating his probation by consuming alcohol, lighting a sweatshirt on fire, smashing out a window of his grandmother’s vehicle, threatening to strike everyone in the home if they allowed officers to enter, threatening to harm the neighbor’s dog and fleeing from his home several times.

A 15-year-old Salem child was cited for allegedly blocking officers from entering the bathroom where the child’s father had overdosed on Oct. 31. The child was also cited for yelling and screaming at the officers.

A 14-year-old Beaver Township boy was cited for allegedly video taping himself engaging in sexual conduct with a 6-year-old child on Aug. 14.

A 12-year-old East Palestine boy was cited for allegedly throwing things at his mother and threatening her with a steak knife on Oct. 12.

A 16-year-old Wellsville boy was cited for allegedly using abusive language towards a police officer and for assaulting the officer by throwing his head back and striking the officer in the mouth with his head on Sep. 18.

A 14-year-old Beaver Township boy was cited for allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with a 6-year-old child on Aug. 14.

A 17-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited for allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with a girl who was less than 13 years old. He was also cited for threatening to kill the girl during the alleged assault on July 18.
