LISBON — A 14-year-old Perry Township boy was cited in county Juvenile Court for allegedly engaging in sexual misconduct with a girl under the age of 13 on July 19, 2019. The boy was 12 years old the time the alleged assault took place.
A 13-year-old Salem boy and 14-year-old Salem boy were cited for allegedly posting on Snapchat that they were going to “shoot up” Salem High School using an AR-15 gun on March 30.
A 15-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited for allegedly striking his father several times in the head on March 6.
A 15-year-old boy was cited for allegedly refusing to abide to household rules and leaving home without permission.
A 16-year-old Salem boy was cited for allegedly posting a picture on Facebook with two guns on the table and a person holding a package of trident gum with the caption, “Yo everyone come to school tomorrow, I got gum.” on March 25.
A 13-year-old East Palestine child was cited for allegedly threatening to damage property in the home and smashing a TV.
A 17-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited for allegedly posting online what appeared to be crystal meth and threatened to kill and eat people, and said that the crime scene would be so bad that police would have a hard time handling it.
A 14-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited for allegedly striking his mother on her arm and face on March 15.
A 17-year-old girl was cited for allegedly not subjecting herself to the reasonable control of her parents and left home on March 14 and failed to return home or advise her parents of her whereabouts.
A 14-year-old boy was cited for allegedly violating terms of his probation by refusing to attend school and throwing things, breaking a lamp and several kitchen dishes, when his mother attempted to wake him. He also admitted to missing 27 days of school so far this year.
