Lisbon man pleads guilty to break-ins
LISBON — Charles E. McCanna, 39, Spillway Road, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to two counts of breaking and entering, each a fifth-degree felony. He faces up to two years in prison and a fine of $5,000. Sentencing is set for July 8. On Feb. 18, 2020, McCanna broke into two storage units at the T&J Storage on state Route 7 near Rogers. The prosecutor’s office has agreed to request a dismissal of counts three and four, which was for breaking into a third unit and breaking into the property at the storage units.
