LISBON — An April 15 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for David L. Todd, 49, Elkton-West Point Road, Lisbon, charged with felony charges of harassment by an inmate and assault of a police officer, as well as a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. On Friday, Todd was charged for allegedly charging Deputy Kevin Shulas’ police cruiser with a bag of potting soil and then took a swing at Shulas, striking him in the face, as Todd continued to actively resist arrest. Then after Todd was in handcuffs, he allegedly spit on Deputy Eric Buday’s arm. His bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.
Chase W. Perkins, 23, Roosevelt Avenue, Salem, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional seven days in jail, fined $300 and required 20 hours community service for menacing and disorderly conduct for spitting on Breanna Minniti during a road rage incident after yelling several threats in an East State Street, Salem, parking lot on June 11.
A June 3 pretrial was set for Keith A. Evans, 67, Warren, charged with OVI second offense, OVI refusal second offense, driving under suspension and left of center.
A June 24 pretrial was set for Crystal D. Orndoff, 34, Wood Street, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense.
Ernesto Santay, 26, Maple Street, Salem, was fined $1,125, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and driving under suspension.
A June 21 pretrial was set for Donald A. Locher, 50, South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Jerry A. Welce, 64, Blueberry Drive, Columbiana, was fined $925, had his license suspended for a year, credited three days for attending a driver intervention counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
Kymberly F. Ladany, 57, Cedar Street, Salem, was credited with a day in jail and fined $675 for theft for shoplifting at the Salem Walmart on Nov. 15 by placing several unscanned items totaling $120 into a shopping cart at the self-checkout and leaving the store.
A May 24 pretrial was set for Tammy L. Lunger, 62, and James A. Lunger, 68, both of Sunset Drive, Lisbon, and each cited with falsification for allegedly telling Lisbon police a child was not at her home when her mother was looking for her, when the child was there.
Rusty Boyer, 34, Oak Street, East Liverpool, was fined $550 for driving under suspension and lighted lights required. A driving under FRA suspension citation was dismissed.
Robert A. Nye Jr., 52, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $200, credited with two days in jail and required 20 hours community service for drug paraphernalia for a meth pipe found when he appeared under the influence and possibly dancing on the West State Street bridge on March 22.
Tyler Weaver, 23, Lincoln Street, Salineville, was fined $150 for driving under FRA suspension and a turn signals violation.
Jerry Malone, 40, Canton, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Dustin S. Andric, 38, St. Jacob Logtown Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for causing an inconveniences and annoyance in public during a protest on May 9.
Gregg I. Griffin Jr., 53, U.S. Route 62, Damascus, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Anita Vollmer, 37, Duquesne Street, Columbiana, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Delvin S. Ramirez, 35, Youngstown, was fined $75 for two counts of driving under suspension.
A May 13 pretrial was set for Christopher Austin Alexandar Asher, 23, Market Street, Salineville, cited with driving under a non-compliance suspension.
Deborah Sue Pavlich, 51, Valrico, Fla., was fined $50 for left of center. An OVI first offense citation was dismissed.
