— Christopher A. Anderson, 37, East Liverpool, was cited with right of way when turning left and failure to wear a seat belt at 5:44 p.m. Wednesday. Anderson attempted to turn left into a private drive from state Route 7 in Madison Township when his vehicle was struck by Ronald C. Davis, 59, Columbiana who was traveling in the right lane. Both Davis and Anderson sustained minor injuries. Anderson was transported to a local hospital.
— Gregory J. Winkhart, 58, Navarre, was cited with failure to control after he drove off the road and struck a fence and a house on state Route 172 in Hanover Township. Winkhart struck the front of the house, causing damage to the siding, the front porch, and destroying the gas meter and a decorative fence. No one was injured.
— Garold Wright, 51, New Cumberland, W. Va., was cited with failure to use turn signal at 9:40 a.m. Thursday after he merged into the left lane on state Route 30 in St. Clair Township and struck the vehicle of Nancy D. Allen, 41, Irondale.
— Michael J. Polack, 39, Atwater, was traveling on Whinnery Road in Butler Township at 5:15 p.m. March 19 when his vehicle was truck by an electrical wire which was snapped by a falling tree. Polack was not injured.
— Gregory J. Thrasher, 70, Wellsville, was cited with right of way on public highway at 4:49 p.m. March 30 after he pulled out of a parking lot onto Y and O Road in Madison Township into the path of Austin J. Nolder, 18, Lisbon, causing Nolder to swerve around his vehicle and travel off the road into a ditch.
