LISBON — A May 10 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Cassidey A. Sandoe, 27, Walnut Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly fighting with his half-brother Brady Barnhouse on Monday.

Brady A. Barnhouse, 21, Walnut Street, Salem, was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $500 for domestic violence for fighting with his half-brother Cassidey A. Sandoe on Monday.

Stacey Saracco, 30, Crews Road, Wellsville, was credited with 30 days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 100 days in jail and fined $350 for driving under OVI suspension, a taillights violation and endangering children for driving while believed to be under the influence of a drug of abuse with two children ages 7 years and 15 months inside the vehicle on Aug. 11. Saracco was all over the roadway on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township and when she was stopped at the intersection with state Route 154, she reportedly had a powdery substance in her right nostril, which she admitted was Xanax and that she had swallowed another Xanax when she does not have a prescription.

A June 24 pretrial was set for Stacey L. Butcher, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, charged with OVI second offense and left of center.

Jared A. Robinson, 25, West Calla Road, Canfield, was fined $925, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.

Braedyn Marich, 19, Massillon, was fined $985, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, speeding, a seat belt violation and a windshield violation.

A June 15 pretrial was set for Nikki D. Gibbs, 41, Victor Street, Salineville, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

Mary Jo Taylor, 45, state Route 644, Kensington, was fined $1,125, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to comply after she failed to stop when instructed by Patrolman Richard Burbick in the intersection of state Routes 14 and 46 on Nov. 20.

Nicole C. Haldiman, 47, Vine Street, Salem, was fined $875, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense.

A June 24 pretrial was set for Eric Glenn Valles, 55, Sevierville, Tenn., cited with OVI first offense and speeding.

Joshua L. Wilson, 42, Bowman Street NE, Homeworth, was fined $925, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.

Marcisha L. Ortiz, 27, Toronto, was fined $350 for driving under suspension, distracted driving and failure to control.

Rodney Lee Bell, 54, High Street, Washingtonville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

A June 24 pretrial was set for Grant D. Adams, 20, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with physical control and underage consumption.

David M. Butcher, 48, West State Street, Salem, was fined $350 for use of an unauthorized plate and traffic control devices. A drug paraphernalia citation was dismissed.

Rebecca K. Stonestreet, 51, Shore Lane, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Jacob D. Bell Sr., 30, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, was fined $300 for driving under suspension.
