HIGHWAY PATROL

— Richard L. Rankin, 69, Columbiana, was cited with assured clear distance and hit-skip after he allegedly fled the scene after he struck overhead power lines while traveling on Allen Drive in Center Township at 6:23 p.m. June 10.

— Johnathan M. Adams, 30, Salem, was cited with failure to control after he ran off the road and overturned into a ditch while traveling on state Route 45 in Salem township at 5:17 p.m. June 9. He sustained minor injuries and was treated by EMS at the scene.

— Reagan Leake, 24, East Palestine, was cited with assured clear distance after she rear-ended the vehicle of Austin Reynolds, 24, East Palestine, who was attempting a left turn on state Route 46 in Unity Township at 7:30 p.m. Monday. The collision caused Reynolds to drive off the side of the road and strike a large rock and embankment. He sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

— Marissa M. Scott, 19, Winona, was cited for failing to yield at a stop sign after she entered the intersection of state Route 9 and Winona Road in Butler Township and collided with a vehicle driven by James M. Rudish, 45, Minerva, at 4:34 p.m. Monday.

— Kimberly A. Lynch, 49, Louisville, was cited with assured clear distance after she overturned her motorcycle on the road to avoid striking slowing traffic in front of her on U.S. Route 30 in Center Township at 3:01 p.m. Saturday.

— Crystal L. Williams, 36, Wellsville, was cited with left of center after she drove over the center line while traveling on Crews Road in Madison Township and struck a trailer being pulled by a vehicle driven by James E. Aten, 42, Colliers, W. Va., causing the trailer to travel off the road, striking a culvert and driveway. Williams traveled off the road and into a yard. Aten sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
