North Bloomfield man charged with non-support of dependents
LISBON — William P. Bartholomew II, 41, North Bloomfield, was served a secret indictment from 2017 charging him with non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. Bartholomew was served the indictment while in custody at the Trumbull County jail.
