LISBON — Defendants served over the weekend with secret indictments recently issued by the Columbiana County grand jury included:

Dakota Gage Baker, 26, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, and felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly knowingly causing serious physical harm to a woman he knows in Columbiana County on Aug. 1 and trying to cause harm to her on Aug. 1 after being previously convicted of domestic violence in 2018.

Nicole Smith, 48, Ohio Alley, East Liverpool, theft, a fourth-degree felony for allegedly stealing U.S. currency, lottery tickets and miscellaneous merchandise from Four Seasons Mini Mart in Calcutta from Sept. 1, 2019 to July 23, 2020.

Amber Cox, 39, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on June 22, 2020 in Columbiana County.
