LISBON — In county Municipal Court, an Oct. 26 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Jordan R. Swain, 34, Mattix Road, Lisbon, charged with a felony charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle for allegedly having a loaded Ruger 9-millimeter under the driver’s seat on Friday, as well as misdemeanor charges of physical control, use of an unauthorized plate and open container.
Donald J. Williams, 57, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $1,900, had his license suspended for three years, credited with 12 days in jail and sentenced to an additional 78 days in jail for OVI second offense, failure to control, reckless operation, expired license, possession of marijuana and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for taking a 2014 Dodge Journey without the permission of the owners, Amanda Wilson and Richard Todd, on June 25.
A Nov. 2 pretrial was set for Bristen Zachery Lavant, 26, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, cited with OVI first offense, use of an unauthorized plate, driving under FRA suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.
An Oct. 26 pretrial was set for Kevin Arrel Miller, 37, Rochester Road, Homeworth, charged with physical control.
An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Antonio D. Deleon, 27, Market Street, Columbiana, cited with OVI first offense.
A Nov. 4 pretrial was set for Juan Ernesto Hernandez Box, 42, Dover, cited with OVI first offense and expired license.
Eric Glenn Valles, 55, Sevierville, Tenn., was fined $950, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
A Nov. 8 pretrial was set for Marcus Zane Reed, 19, Nittany Drive, Summitville, cited with OVI first offense, turn signals violation, possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.
An Oct. 19 pretrial was set for John Christopher Williams II, 20, Hawley Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, speeding and possession of marijuana.
A Sept. 20 pretrial was set for Daniel B. Reed, 34, Charlton Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing Jennifer Reed by the arms and throwing her to the floor on Sunday.
Brandon R. Lindsay, 35, Brookdale Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $500, credited with a day in jail and required 50 hours community service for criminal damaging for damaging the wall and a light fixture at the New Waterford House Apartments where his ex-girlfriend lived on Nov. 29.
John N. Schiffauer, 64, Youngstown, was fined $492 for maximum axle overload.
Rachel L. Kidder, 44, North Street, Salineville, was fined $350 for possession of fireworks.
An Oct. 26 pretrial was set for Shyann A. Hall, 23, Duck Creek Road, Salem, cited with disorderly conduct while intoxicated after she reportedly was at a Carey Road address on Monday appearing to be under the influence of drugs and allegedly admitted to taking two Xanax earlier in the day.
Charnette J. Sellers, 51, Graham Street, Lisbon, was fined $200, credited with two days in jail and required 30 hours community service for obstructing official business for using her body to block deputies from entering the home to serve Jeffrey Vickroy with court documents.
Tammy L. Lunger, 63, and James A. Lunger, 69, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 20 hours community service for falsification for lying regarding the whereabouts of a minor on April 12.
Sonnett M. Holenchick, 40, East Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $250 for use of an unauthorized plate.
Deborah J. Anderson, 67, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $200 and required 40 hours community service for theft for attempting to steal 11 items valued at $45 from the Salem Walmart on July 8.
Alexis Jade Palumbo, 21, Youngstown, was fined $200 for temporary permit required and failure to display a valid sticker.
An Oct. 28 pretrial was set for Jordan Edward Lipscomb, 24, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension.
Angel G. Lopez, 49, Youngstown, was fined $245 for driving under suspension, failure to display a valid license and speeding.
Benjamin M. Kuhlen, 24, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $185 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Dylan W. McDevitt, 27, Chain School Road, East Palestine, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Courtney L. Troyer, 29, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault. A domestic violence charge was dismissed due to both alleged victims, Richard Faloba and Brandi Faloba being uncooperative.
