SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— An accident was reported at the Rogers Auction and Market at 6:33 a.m. Sept. 3. Deputies were met by a woman who said a man parked behind her 2010 Kia Sedona struck backed up and struck the side of her vehicle with the 2002 Chevrolet Savana van he was driving. Insurance information was exchanged.

–A Lower Elkton Road, Fairfield Township, man reported at 3:18 p.m. Friday someone tried to open a bank account under his name.

— An abandoned vehicle was found parked at Runyon’s Originals in Unity at 9:58 a.m. Saturday with no one around. The vehicle had a flat tire and some damage and the business was told they could have it towed if they needed to do so.

— A Gamble Road, Salem Township, man reported at 10:09 a.m. Friday he was scammed by a man in Texas regarding the purchase of a product.

— A state Route 45, Lisbon, man reported at 12:39 p.m. Thursday someone tried to steal his generator from his business in the morning.

— An Old Monroeville Road, Washington Township, man reported at 9:39 a.m. Sunday someone was on his surveillance cameras overnight walking around his property and attempting to get into vehicles. He was sending deputies footage for further investigation.

— A Charlton Drive, Hanover Township, woman reported at 4:27 a.m. Sunday her adult son assaulted her at their home. After gathering information and photos, deputies charged Daniel Brendon Reed, 34, with domestic violence.
