LISBON – A Nov. 1 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Ryan J. McCullough, 22, King Road, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting Erin McCullough by spitting on her and throwing her to the ground. He then allegedly slapped his son instead when she was holding the child before hitting her in the back of the head several times.

A Nov. 1 preliminary hearing was set for John W. Kelly, 56, state Route 154, Lisbon, charged with assault on a corrections officer for rushing at a county jail corrections officer and putting his hand on him, before Kelly was taken to the ground on Oct. 20.

A Dec. 7 pretrial was set for Sheila L. Johnson, 61, West Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and endangering children for allegedly crashing on state Route 154 at Fairfield School Road while intoxicated on Thursday with children ages 2 and 4 in the vehicle.

A Dec. 28 pretrial was set for Triston Gaven Dean Higgins, 23, Y and O Road, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense, left of center and improper registration.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for Breontez Young, 28, Hawley Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and parking on the highway.

A Dec. 27 pretrial was set for Julie Petcovic, 59, Scotts Mill Road, Rogers, cited with OVI first offense.

A Dec. 16 pretrial was set for Peggy J. Boardman, 68, Vine Street, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting her sister Virginia Davis while they were sitting in a car on Monday.

Justin R. Crooms, 30, Monroeville Heights, Salineville, was fined $600 and required 20 hours community service for speeding, driving under suspension and providing false information to avoid a citation.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for David M. Mezerkor, 55 Andover, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Mezerkor allegedly offered to pay $170 to someone he believed to be a transexual male escort for sexual acts, using his phone to set up the encounter and going to meet the person on Aug. 13, finding instead undercover agents from the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

Cody Hutton, 25, John Street, Salineville, was fined $250 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct for his involvement in a fight on Sept. 9.

Jerry L. Beadle, 57, State Street, Salineville, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

Antwane Genee McMeans Jr., Youngstown, was fined $130 for speeding and a seat belt violation. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed.

Leonard Joshua Massey, 28, Canton, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from a traffic control device.

Phillip S. Stephan, 58, McCann Road, East Rochester, was fined $230 for driving under suspension and marked lanes.

Leah Lynn Wolfe, 44, East Grant Street, East Palestine, was fined $230 for driving under suspension and a taillights violation.

A Dec. 16 pretrial was set for Wilbert E. Faulk Jr., 36, Church Street, Salineville, charged with permit unclean habitation for allegedly allowing couches and trash to sit in front of his home.

Nyeree Jasmine Bunn, 21, Youngstown, was fined $245 for driving under suspension and speeding.

A Dec. 6 pretrial was set for Chelsea Dae Yarwood, 30, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension.

Bradley A. Eltringham, 35, Church Street, Salineville, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 30 hours community service for criminal trespass for forcing his way into the home of Karissa Cloud, Leslie Road, Lisbon, through the bathroom window on Aug. 24.

Andrew J. Shafer, 42, Shady Lane, Lisbon, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

A Jan. 4 pretrial was set for Heather Rochelle Hurst, 49, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, cited with speeding, no license and improper registration.

Jason E. Joy, 46, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
