LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Misty Conrad, 37, Cornell Street, East Liverpool, was fined $200 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence and disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business. She was accused of putting her hands on another woman during a physical altercation on Dec. 14, 2024 in St. Clair Township. On Nov. 19, 2024 during a traffic stop in St. Clair Township, she wasn’t following police commands and wasn’t cooperating with police. A probation violating hearing was set April 22 for a 2024 case against Conrad for obstructing official business.

Lisa Robinson, 53, Mt. Sterling, was fined $200 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for domestic violence for hitting a man in the side of the face during an incident on May 19, 2024 in Washington Township.

Christopher Trautvetter, 37, Midland, Pa., was fined $400 for disorderly conduct amended from assault, along with no turn signal and no license amended from driving under suspension. He was accused of pushing a woman against the wall and the floor on July 27, 2024 in East Liverpool.

Dominic Pagani, 51, East Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $250 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for obstructing official business amended from domestic violence. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. Pagani was accused of grabbing a woman’s cell phone and throwing it back at her on July 20, 2024 in Salem, leaving a mark on her.

Five counts each of failure to file city income tax returns were dismissed against Michael Keefer and Jessica Keefer, no ages listed, both Thompson Avenue, East Liverpool, at the request of the city of East Liverpool. Costs were taxed to the Keefers, who had been accused of failing to file income tax returns in East Liverpool from 2020 through 2024.

Timothy Gattis, 43, Canton, was fined $875 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served for a driver intervention program, for operating a vehicle impaired. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

Jessica Stillion, 42, Bandy Road, North Benton, was fined $875 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI. A charge of transfer registration of vehicle was dismissed. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year and she was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.

Trina Anne Jones, 26, Oak Street, Leetonia, was fined $875 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI. A speeding charge was dismissed. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and she was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.

Faloba, 58, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, was fined $925 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for physical control amended from OVI and a plate light violation. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

Jeremy Byerly, 50, Third Street, Wellsville, was fined $955 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI, no seat belt and failure to control. Another OVI charge was dismissed. His driver’s license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

A pretrial was set March 31 for Braeden Joy, 21, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath first offense and failure to dim headlights.

Enrique Nicholas Mateo, 27, Washington Street, Salem, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Devontay Bickley, 23, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

A driving under suspension charge against John Woolmaker, 43, College Street, East Liverpool, was dismissed, with costs taxed to the defendant.

James Hum, 26, South Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

A pretrial was set April 24 for Jordan Swain, 37, Mattix Road, Lisbon, charged with left of center.

LISBON — A Pennsylvania man accused of possessing multiple images of child pornography when he arrived for a sex-for-hire meeting in East Palestine last year entered a guilty plea recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.

Wesley D. Theberge, 30, Allison Park, pleaded guilty to engaging in prostitution, a misdemeanor, and 35 counts of fourth-degree felony pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person. Charges of possessing criminal tools and 17 counts of fourth-degree felony pandering obscenity will be dismissed. Sentencing was set for March 27.

Theberge was accused of possessing a large quantity of images depicting minors in a state of nudity on a USB flash drive on March 29, 2024 in East Palestine, when he arrived for a sex for hire meeting after making the arrangements with an undercover agent.

Also in Common Pleas Court:

— James G. Hunter, 75, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was ordered evaluated by the Forensic Psychiatric Center of Northeast Ohio for competency and the ability to plead not guilty by reason of insanity for 50 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, a fourth-degree felony. He was accused of allegedly possessing material that had a minor as one of the participants on Feb. 21, 2024.

— Rachelle Greathouse, 36, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to lesser offenses of trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine, both third-degree felonies, with specifications for forfeiture of money from a drug case. The charges were originally first-degree felonies. Sentencing was set for March 27. The indictment alleged that she packaged for sale and possessed cocaine in an amount equal or greater than 10 grams but less than 20 grams and also possessed money in amounts of $1,363 and $250.

— Treyven Johnson, 24, Bradshaw Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to charges in three separate indictments, including two counts fifth-degree felony trafficking in cocaine, lesser-included third-degree felonies of trafficking in fentanyl-related compound and possession of fentanyl-related compound, with specification for forfeiture of money from a drug case, and three counts of fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine. Sentencing was set for April 11. Charges of possession of cocaine, two counts aggravated possession of drugs and two counts possession of drugs will be dismissed. Johnson offered to sell less than 5 grams of cocaine on Nov. 3, 2022 and Nov. 30, 2022, offered to sell and possessed fentanyl in an amount equal or greater than 5 grams but less than 10 grams and possessed $1,484 on Dec. 1, 2022. He also possessed cocaine on Sept. 25, 2023, Nov. 9, 2023 and Feb. 10, 2024.

— Alex Conkle, 30, Macklin Road, New Waterford, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree felony lesser-included offenses of attempted failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and improper handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, with sentencing set for April 4. He was originally indicted for third-degree felonies of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and having weapons under disability. A fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs charge with a specification for forfeiture of money from a drug case will be dismissed. He was accused of possessing methamphetamine and $344 and fleeing from law enforcement during an incident March 25, 2023. He also allegedly possessed a weapon, which he was prohibited from possessing.
