— Officers responded at 1:05 p.m. on April 13 to West Washington Street for a domestic dispute. It was found to be verbal and both parties separated.
— Officers responded at 2:23 p.m. on April 12 to the area of East Lincoln Way near Smith Oil for a male subject in his underwear. The male was located and advised to return to his residence and get a belt.
— Officers were contacted on April 11 at 9:56 p.m. about a potential harassment claim that occurred at East of Chicago. Officers spoke to the reporting party who stated that they wanted to file a report.
— Officers responded at 10:15 p.m. on April 10 to Caldwell Street for a property damage report. Officers found tire marks in the grass.
–Officers responded at 3:51 p.m. on April 10 to South Jefferson Street for an alarm drop. The home was found to be secure.
— Officers responded at 11:59 p.m. on April 10 to Saltwell Road to locate a black Subaru Impreza that was believed to be stolen. Officers were unable to locate the car.
— Officers responded at 5:04 p.m. on April 10 Green Tree Place for a man that had severe stomach pain. Officers helped North Star load the male into the ambulance.
— Officers responded at 12:14 a.m. on April 10 to Huntington Bank to a report that a passerby had seen an older model car parked in front of the bank and saw its occupants go inside. Officers determined they were a cleaning crew.
— Officers responded at 5:46 p.m. on April 9 to Lincole Place for a report of an alarm. Officers checked the building and found it to be secure.
— Officers responded at 4:28 p.m. on April 9 to the 100 block of Sherman Street for a medical. Officers stood by until North Star EMS transported.
— Officers responded to a lock out on Vista Drive at 2:29 p.m. on April 9.
— Officers conducted a welfare check at 8:34 p.m on April 7 on North Beaver Street. Officers were unable to make contact with the subject.
— Officers responded at 2:57 p.m. on April 7 to Sherman Street for a hit and run that had occurred overnight. Minor damage to a vehicle was observed.
— Officers responded at 4:44 a.m. on April 6 to Pritchard Avenue for an elderly female that had fallen and could not get back up. Officers arrived and helped the Lisbon Fire Department and North Star get the female into the ambulance.
— Officers responded at 11:31 p.m. on April 6 to an alarm drop at South Jefferson St. Upon arrival, officers found all doors were locked and there was no movement inside the building.
— Officers while on patrol on April 6 at 2:04 a.m. located Larry Andrews of Akron trespassing/sleeping outside of a business on East Lincoln Way. Andrews was given a verbal warning.
– Officer at 6:24 p.m. on April 6 of South Lincoln Avenue for a medical call. Officers stayed with the patient until the arrival of EMS personnel.
— K-9 officers responded at 10:24 p.m. on April 5 to the area of Mattix Road near Steubenville Pike to assist troopers on a traffic stop with narcotics detection. Conclusion of the assist located narcotics after canine Otis was deployed and alerted to narcotics odor.
— Officers responded at 10:54 p.m. on April 4 to the area of South Street and Grant Street to assist the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office with a male subject who fled from a traffic stop on foot. K-9 units tracked the subject into the woods, leading to the arrest of Robert Reckner, 44, Salem, who had an active felony parole violation warrant for his arrest. Reckner was transported to the Columbiana County jail complex with additional charges for fleeing.
— Officers responded at 7:33 p.m. April 4 to Sherman Street after receiving a residential panic alarm. Officers met with the homeowner who reported everything to be fine and the alarm to have been accidental.
— Officers responded at 4:41 p.m. on April 4 to the area of state Routes 164 and 517 for a report of a disabled vehicle. Officers could not locate the vehicle in question.
— Officers responded to the area of Sherman Street near Hostetter Street at 5:18 p.m. on April 4 for a report of young juveniles playing in the roadway. Upon arrival, police checked the area, but did not observe any juveniles outside.
— Officers EMS responded at 8:16 p.m. April 4 to the Sip Tap room for a reported medical. Upon arrival, police and EMS spoke with a subject who was evaluated and given a courtesy transport to their residence.
— Officers arrested Justin Gamble, 32, East Liverpool for OVI after a traffic stop was conducted for improper turn violation on East Washington Street at 10:03 p.m. on April 4.
— Officers responded to North Beaver Street for a welfare check on April 3 at 9:36 p.m. Officers made contact and the male advised everything was okay.
Officers responded at 11:36 p.m. on April 3 to West Washington Street to make contact with a male who had been calling and threatening his sister. Officers arrived and spoke with his sister who stated that she would not like him to be able to come back for the night. The male was advised that if he returned to the residence again he would be arrested.
— Officers responded to Circle K for a motor vehicle lockout at 8 p.m. on April 3. Entry was gained without incident.
— Officers responded at 1:57 a.m. to an accident with a deer on state Route 154 on April 3.
— Officers responded to North Beaver Street for an active fight at 5:56 p.m. on April 2. After an investigation Michael Kuhlen, no game or address given, and Nickolas Perez, no age or address given, were both arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
— Officers responded at 7:32 p.m. on April 2 to a call regarding a car on North Beaver Street blocking traffic. Upon arrival, officers observed the vehicle was in a handicap parking lot. The vehicle did have a valid handicap tag.
— Officers responded at 12:36 a.m. on April 2 to North Beaver Street for a man in the individual’s attic. The house was searched and no one was found. Officers advised the resident to to call if further assistance was needed.
— Officers responded at 4:11 p.m. on March 31 to the car wash for a lockout. Entry was gained.
— Officers responded at 6:04 p.m. on March 31 to North Beaver Street after receiving a report of an active burglary. Officers on arrival met with the homeowner who reported someone being within an upstairs closet. Officers cleared the residence and were unable to locate anyone.
— Officers responded at 6:38 a.m. on March 31 to a suspicious vehicle driving around Dickey Drive. Upon arrival, no vehicles matching the description were observed.
— Officers responded at 5:10 a.m. on March 31 to an alarm drop on Saltwell Road. Upon arrival, nothing was observed and the building secured.
— Officers observed a tree down at 3:18 a.m. on March 31 across Race Road. The road was cleared for traffic to flow. Dispatch was advised to call the street department to complete clean-up.
— Officers responded at 1:53 a.m. on March 31 to Vista Drive for a combative elderly man. Upon arrival, officers talked to the male until EMS arrived. The man was transported to the hospital with no trouble.
— Officers responded at 12:54 p.m. on March 30 to Moore Street apartments for a report of a 911 hangup. On arrival, officers spoke with residents who reported everything to be fine. Officers were unable to locate the source of the call.
— Officers were dispatched to the Lisbon BP at 1:56 a.m. on March 30 after a request was made by ODNR to attempt to locate an individual believed to have been the victim in an assault that occurred outside village limits. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the individual. Officers did make contact with family nearby and retrieved the individuals contact information.
