LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Ryan Pritt, 43, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, were bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree felony vandalism and misdemeanors of aggravated menacing and criminal damaging or endangering. While incarcerated at the Columbiana County jail on April 6, Pritt allegedly threatened a correctional officer and acted aggressively toward him, damaging a pair of handcuffs and vandalizing the cell in the booking area by using the handcuffs to carve into the wall and door frame.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set April 28 for Sondra Vallera, 71, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, charged with fifth-degree felony domestic violence and misdemeanor violation of a temporary protection order. Vallera was accused of attacking a woman and a man on April 15 in Wellsville, striking the woman in the face. On April 17, she allegedly violated a protection order by being at a Wellsville property.
A pretrial was set July 1 for Eric John Fromm, 52, Neptune Beach, Fla., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a female in exchange for cash, arriving in East Palestine for the meeting on April 11 with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
Sarah Ann Graham, 22, East Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with credit for 15 days served, leaving a balance of 165 days to serve in jail for misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor attempt amended from fifth-degree felony obstructing justice. She was also ordered to pay restitution of $24. Graham was accused of harboring and attempting to conceal a man wanted for a felony protection order violation by telling police he wasn’t at the residence on March 26 in East Palestine, but then he was located in an upstairs bedroom. On Feb 12, she punched another woman in the face, causing injury and breaking the victim’s glasses in East Palestine.
A pretrial was set April 28 for Carter Hollinger, 24, Enon Valley, Pa., charged with aggravated menacing and criminal trespass for allegedly trespassing at a woman’s property in Center Township and threatening to smash her with a hammer for calling law enforcement on April 17.
A pretrial was set April 28 for Misty Tice, 41, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with criminal mischief for allegedly tampering with property of East Liverpool City Hospital while allegedly under the influence, trying to take phones and medical equipment in the presence of a police officer at the hospital on Dec. 29, 2024.
A sentencing hearing was set June 23 for Mathew McVay, 42, West Pershing Street, Salem, who pleaded no contest and was found guilty of theft. McVay had been an employee of Marc’s in Salem and took Red Bull energy drinks without paying for them over several months with the value totaling $197.
Jesse Murray, 40, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was fined $200 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 89 days suspended and credit for one day served, for obstructing official business. Murray was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. Murray failed to listen to officer commands and refused to provide an office with an identification or his information after failing to stop initially for a traffic stop on Aug. 30, 2024 in Salem.
A pretrial was set July 1 for Ryan Watkins, 37, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with four counts of failure to file city income tax return and two counts of failure to pay city income tax for allegedly failing to file an East Liverpool city income tax return from 2021 through 2024 and failed to pay East Liverpool city income tax in 2019 and 2020.
A pretrial was set July 1 for Crystal Wright, 47, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a cut plastic straw with white powder inside it during a traffic stop on Nov. 23, 2024 in St. Clair Township.
Christian McVay, 30, state Route 154, Lisbon, was fined $1,165 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for physical control amended from operating a vehicle impaired, possession of drugs and a turn signal violation. Another OVI charge was dismissed. McVay possessed marijuana in a smoking device during a traffic stop on May 24, 2024 in East Palestine. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted.
A pretrial was set June 26 for Charles Sandy, 45, Bloomingdale, charged with OVI.
A pretrial was set June 23 for Carter Davidson, 18, Manor Drive, Columbiana, charged with underage OVI, OVI underage breath first offense and speeding.
A sentencing was set May 5 for Austin Colbetzor, 25, East Third Street, Salem, who pleaded no contest and was found guilty of driving under suspension and improper/expired registration.
A pretrial was set June 9 for Sterling Henry, 26, Youngstown, charged with driving under suspension.
A pretrial was set June 30 for Mackenzie Owens, 30, Akron, charged with driving under suspension and no seat belt.
A pretrial was set May 1 for Djamal Touitou, 42, Youngstown, charged with failure to move to left for public safety vehicle.
A pretrial was set May 5 for Bobbie Doss, 45, Park Avenue, Salem, charged with driving under suspension.
Buster Adkins, 54, Middle Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $200 for no valid license.
Patrice McKnight, 38, Canton, was fined $25 for driving under suspension.

LISBON — Paul Kloh, 54, Newton Falls, was served Thursday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing fentanyl on June 26, 2024.
