LISBON — An East Liverpool man faces a misdemeanor one count of unlawful conduct with a minor in Columbiana County Municipal Court. Larry Douglas Males, 19, Saint George Street, allegedly performed oral sex on a 15-year old at East Liverpool High School where both are students on Nov. 24. Males will appear for a pretrial hearing in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Feb. 23.
A preliminary hearing was set Dec. 8 for Collan M. Craig, 25, state Route 534, Salem, charged with felony-four failure to comply. Craig allegedly refused to stop when officers in Perry Township attempted a traffic stop on Nov. 27 and he recklessly drove at speeds over 107 MPH through red lights. He is also charged with misdemeanor OVI third offense, OVI refusal, speed, marked lanes, traffic control devices, reckless operation and improper turn.
A preliminary hearing was set Jan. 12 for Randy T. McCauley, 40, Canton, charged with felony-three compelling prostitution, felony-five possessing criminal tools and misdemeanor engaging in prostitution. McCauley allegedly agreed to exchange $260 for sexual activity with an undercover agent posing as an adult female and minor female and traveled to Unity Township on Nov. 28 to do so.
A pretrial hearing was set Dec. 8 for Zaheus Inalien, 42, Orlando, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Inalien allegedly agreed to exchange $100 for sexual activity with an undercover agent posing as an adult female and traveled to Unity Township on Nov. 26 to do so.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 23 for John Charles Bittence, 56, Hiram, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Bittence allegedly agreed to exchange $100 for sexual activity with an undercover agent posing as an adult female and traveled to Unity Township on Nov. 30 to do so.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 24 for Kevin Nicols, 59, Salem Street, Columbiana, charged with OVI and reasonable control.
Kathleen Barnes, 38, Cadmus Street, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for expired registration.
A pretrial hearing was set for Feb. 17 for Olusegun G. Atoyebi, 40, Newark, New Jersey, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Atoyebi allegedly agreed to exchange $100 for sexual activity with an undercover agent posing as an adult female and traveled to Unity Township on Nov. 30 to do so.
David Coty Bell, 34, Highland Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $100 for loud exhaust and expired license.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 24 for Krista L. Pipes, 33, Thompson Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with exterior protection and two counts of housing code violations. Pipes allegedly failed to maintain property in the city.
A pretrial was set Feb. 17 for Brandon J. Mays, no age given, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with six counts of failure to file city income tax from 2020 to 2025.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 25 for Eric Shawn Slagle, 35, Berry Road, Kensington, charged with two counts of driving under suspension and seat belt.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 10 for Christopher J. Halfhill, 29, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, charged with two counts of theft for allegedly stealing an ashtray and cigarettes from a home on Broadway Avenue on Nov. 19.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 18 for Bud Nelson Hull, 36, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, charged with criminal damaging, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after allegedly damaging a bed at East Liverpool City Hospital on Nov. 25, yelling obscenities and refusing to be handcuffed.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 23 for Sarah Mullins, 31, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, charged with OVI and possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly being in possession of a metal tray used for drug abuse during a traffic stop on state Route 7 on Nov. 28.
Devon Herron, East Fifth Street, 31, Salem, charged with two counts of theft for allegedly stealing several items over six months while employed at Salem Walmart.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 23 for David Ivan Jack, 51, New Kensington, Pa., charged with reasonable control.
Joshua R. Greene, 41, Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail suspended two years of probation and 20 hours of community service for assault, amended from domestic violence phone for throwing a cell phone which struck a female at his residence on Feb. 2.
David Michael Clarke, 38, Moore Road, East Liverpool, was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended and credit for one day served, two years of probation and 20 hours of community service for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, amended from domestic violence. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed. Clarke refused to be handcuffed and yelled obscenities during a domestic disturbance on Sept. 9 in St. Clair Township. The caller advised Clarke had choked her.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 24 for Kimberly C. Blazer, 60, Stewart Road, Salem, charged with theft. Blazer allegedly concealed $21 worth of merchandise at a store in Salem on Nov. 13.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set for Crystal R. Hoskinson, 34, North Lundy Avenue Salem, charged with felony-five receiving stolen property and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Hoskinson allegedly was found to be in possession of a bag known to hold illegal drugs during a traffic stop in Salem on Nov. 28. Her tags were found to be fictitious and stolen.
A pretrial/preliminary hearing was set for Bryan K. Dilling, 53, Rose Drive, Lisbon, charged with felony-five receiving stolen property, driving under suspension, possession of a drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dilling was found to be in possession of a stolen tag, hypodermic needles and a bag used to store illegal drugs during a traffic stop on Salem on Nov. 28.
Preliminary hearings were set Jan. 28 for Christa M. Hutton, Chestnut Street, Lisbon, and Hunter L. Hodson, Westpoint Lane, Lake Milton, both charged with one count of trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony. Hutton and Hodson allegedly were found with 6 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop in Perry Township on Nov. 24.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 24 for Ricky A. Wilson, Maple Street, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia after a crack pipe was allegedly found in his vehicle during a traffic stop.
A pretrial hearing was Dec. 8 for Anthony Thomas Gardner, 35, South Market Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence. Gardner allegedly pulled a female’s hair and punched her in the knee at his residence on Nov. 26.
Pretrial hearings were set Feb. 17 for Brie A. Buckley, 45 South Park Circle, East Liverpool, Hayden Maxwell Wright, 36, South Park Circle, East Liverpool, both charged with obstructing official business. Wright and Buckley allegedly refused to unlock the door during a warrant execution at their residence on Nov. 27.
Adam Michael Gallimore, 39, East Liverpool Road, Lisbon, was fined $650 for driving under suspension, unsafe vehicle possession of a drug abuse instrument and drug paraphernalia. Gallimore was found with digital scales, used syringes and four plastic tear-offs with brown residue during a traffic stop on Aug 28 in St. Clair Township.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 24 for Josiah Rance Jones, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, charged with possessing criminal tools and obstructing official business. Jones allegedly refused to identify himself during a shoplifting investigation at Calcutta Walmart on Nov. 29 and allegedly concealed $107 in merchandise in a backpack.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 23 for Angie L. Serro, 52, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, charged with expired plates/registration.
Christopher Jackson, 20, Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Charges of driving under suspension were dismissed against Ashley Ann Evergart, 33, Struthers.
Jason F. Krach, 49, Canton, charged with theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Krach fled out of the backdoor of Tractor Supply in Salem with $299 worth of merchandise on Nov. 11. A burnt glass pipe was found in Krach’s car during the investigation.
Robert McLaughlin, Lincoln Avenue, 65, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct. McLaughlin argued with staff and pulled his IV out at East Liverpool City Hospital on Nov. 27.
Eric Hoppel, 69, Hoppel Drive, East Liverpool, charged with forfeiture and driving under suspension.
Loretta Sue Falkner, 59, West Sixth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,010 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 suspended and credit for three days served, two years of probation, 20 hours of community service and a one-year license suspension for OVI, failure to control and seat belt.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 24 for Jolene Elizabeth Gamble, 21, Winona Road, Winona, charged with stop sign.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 23 for John Esmond Bowles, Youngstown, charged with speeding and driving under suspension.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 24 for Tyler L. Cox, 23, Charlton Drive, Lisbon, charged with theft. Cox allegedly failed to scan $61 worth of merchandise at the Salem Walmart self checkout on Nov. 29.
A pretrial hearing was set Jan. 28 for Jose Diaz, Watson, 43, Avenue, Alliance, charged with resisting arrest. Diaz allegedly pulled away from officers when they attempted to detain them on Prospect Street in Salem on Aug. 19 during a breaking and entering investigation.
A pretrial hearing was set Feb. 24 for Traci Golden, 53, Wyoming Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with litter and storage of furniture. Golden allegedly allowed a large accumulation of trash at her residence, including two mattresses.

LISBON — Recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Jeremiah R. Dick, 20, Cuyahoga Falls, pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent exposure, a fourth-degree misdemeanor and was sentenced to 30 days in the Columbiana County Jail, with the sentence suspended, and placed on 12 months of community control. He is required to comply with all laws, follow the rules of the Columbiana County Adult Probation Department (CCAPD), and participate in treatment programs as directed. Dick must also submit to random drug testing and avoid leaving Ohio without permission. Dick was originally charged with fourth-degree felony unlawful sexual conduct with a minor for allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl in the back seat of a vehicle at the Cherry Valley Coke Ovens park in Leetonia on May 18.
– Jason N. Barnes, 38, Blakely Street, East Liverpool withdrew his not guilty plea and entered a guilty plea to felony-five aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin and possession of fentanyl and was sentenced to 17 months in prison. He received 156 days of jail credit. On Jan. 26, 2024, Barnes allegedly knowingly obtained, possessed, or used heroin or a substance containing heroin and knowingly obtained, possessed, or used a fentanyl-related compound or a substance containing a fentanyl-related compound. On March 20, he did knowingly possess methamphetamine.
– Steven Barnes, 34, recently entered a guilty plea to one count of felony-five aggravated possession of drugs and one count of misdemeanor possession of drugs. Intervention was terminated and Barnes was re-sentenced to community control through June 20, 2027.
— Donald A. Meadows Graves, 35, Youngstown was sentenced found to have violated his community control, leading to a dishonorable termination of his probation and sentenced for two fifth-degree felony counts of a protection order violation for violating a protection order Feb. 8, 2020, and Feb. 13, 2020 and for a fifth-degree felony count of a protection order violation in 2024. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Columbiana County Jail, with credit for 30 days served.
— Amanda Beadnell, 37, West Washington Street, Lisbon, who had previously been sentenced to community control, was dishonorably terminated due to substantive and numerous violations, including failure to report for supervision and new criminal charges. She was sentenced to 90 days of local incarceration in the Columbiana County Jail with 25 days of credit for time already served for misdemeanor criminal trespass, falsification and felony-five obstructing official business. Beadnell trespassed on McGeehan Road in 2022 with a man who had an active warrant out of Stark County for felony domestic violence, and she purposely provided the wrong name for him. She also provided the name and social security number of her sister as her own during the same incident.
— Gary Eddy, 42, Leslie Road, Rogers, was sentenced recently for four felony counts related to passing bad checks and forging checks. Eddy was charged with two counts each of forgery and passing bad checks, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly defrauding Ron Connelly by writing bad checks and forging checks for $1,850 payable to American Custom Construction on Nov. 22, 2021 and Dec. 15, 2021. Eddy was originally sentenced to community control but was resentenced to 20 days of local incarceration in the Columbiana County Jail after violating community control for the second time.
— Melissa S. Dalessio, 44, Stagecoach Road, East Liverpool, was found guilty of violating her community control terms and convicted of felony-five aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanor possessing drug abuse instruments. She was sentenced to 300 days in jail for the drug possession charge and 90 days for the possession of drug abuse instruments, to be served concurrently. With 299 days of credit for time served, she has 99 days remaining. She was in possession of methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle Dec. 15, 2019.
