Beatrice A. (Davis) Mussey

EAST PALESTINE — Beatrice A. (Davis) Mussey, 84, of East Palestine, died at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday at Covington Community Campus where she had been a patient for the past two weeks.

Born June 27, 1934, in East Palestine, she was the daughter of the late Dale and Frances (Taucher) Britton.

Mrs. Mussey was a 1952 graduate of East Palestine High School and had retired from the former E.P. China as a color coordinator. She was a Christian by faith.

Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Glenn Mussey; a daughter, Paula (Larry) Cope of New Waterford; a son Todd (Evelyn) Davis of Negley; a granddaughter; a brother, Michael Hull; three sisters, Trina Drotleff and Bonnie Gingher, both of East Palestine and Beverly Bable of Columbiana; seven stepchildren; and numerous stepgrandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father who raised her, Glenn Hull; and two stepchildren.

Friends will be received from noon to 2 p.m., Saturday at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home (linsley-royal.com). The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Mark McTrustry of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in New Waterford Cemetery.
