Herbert A. Murphy

EAST PALESTINE — Herbert A. Murphy, 87, died Sunday at the Hospice House in Poland. He was born Oct. 4, 1933 in Beaver Falls, Pa., a son of Joseph and Laura Warner Murphy. The Linsley-Royal Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
