While I dislike zoning, I wonder what good is if you grant changes to a certain few. I am quite sure there are plenty of empty buildings in town where this parts store could locate. If I had bought a residential property in this neighborhood with the understanding it was zoned residential I would be very upset if a change was granted. This is one of the problems with zoning. Business should be concentrated in one area and leave the quaintness of the community alone.
