LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday Tom L. Goehring, 45, West Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $375, sentenced three days jail and three days aftercare program and placed on one year basic probation for OVI first offense.

Ryan M. Macsween, 40, Natrona Heights, Pa., was fined $150 for speeding.

John Donald Hall, 21, Canton, was fined $250, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 25 hours community service for driving under child support suspension.

Ed R. Grimm, 49, Knox School Road, Homeworth, was fined $100, sentenced 3 days jail, placed on one year monitored probation and ordered to continue aftercare program for persistent disorderly conduct.

A Dec. 4 court trial was set for Chad R. Hanlon, 32, Logan Street, Wellsville, charged with disorderly conduct.

A Dec. 27 pretrial was set for Ted S. Bennett, 44, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, charged with driving under OVI suspension.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Krystle D. Lockhart, 26, state Route 7, Lisbon, charged with falsification.

A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Cody Wayne Harmon, 24, North Main Street, Columbiana, charged with resisting arrest, possessing instruments to ingest/inhale a control substance, criminal damaging and trafficking in drugs.
