LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday a Jan. 8 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Ryan D. Wilson, 27, Colonial Drive, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, marked lanes and improper transportation of a weapon, a fifth-degree felony stemming from Wilson allegedly having loaded handgun in the center console of his vehicle along with his concealed carry permit.
Robert E. Lee, 49, Rocky Run Road, Wellsville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the county grand jury on a charge of felonious assault. Lee is accused of punching the window and trunk of a vehicle driven by Anthony Sevek, who was at Lee's home to drop off a child. Additionally, court documents state Lee drove up behind Sevek's vehicle while it was stopped at a stop sign and rammed him from behind.
Damarion M. Wise, 24, Garfield Street, East Liverpool, was bound over on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Court documents accuse Wise of having a revolver under his sweatshirt standing on the corner outside Joe's Bar.
Robert P. Blake II, 24, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $1,075, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for OVI first offense, hit skip, failure to control and domestic violence for punching his wife.
Steven C. Morehead, 45, Saint George Street, East Liverpool, was fined $750, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
William P. Bolton, 30, Depot Street, Rogers, was fined $200 and credited with three days in jail served for resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct for threatening to throw his wife through the wall.
Anthony R. Kelly, 24, Main Street, Leetonia, was fined $250 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension. A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.
Brian K. Kocanjer, 40, Youngstown, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Charles A. Skidmore, 33, Ogden Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for driving without a valid license and possession of marijuana.
Daniel Devine, 28, Sunset Drive, Lisbon, was fined $150 for two counts disorderly conduct after police were called to his home about loud music and he refused to be cooperative.
Grant R. Hayes, 23, Hull Road, Salineville, was fined $150 for speeding and unsafe vehicle amended from a stop sign violation.
Andrew T. Taormina, 25, Court Street, New Waterford, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving without a license amended from driving under suspension.
Alex Blosser, 24, Fife Coal Road, Wellsville, was fined $100 and sentenced to 60 days in jail for theft for a bicycle taken from a West High Street, Lisbon, home on Sunday. A restitution hearing was set for Thursday.
Justin M. Lamp, 34, Foundry Hill Road, Summitville, was fined $100, sentenced to 15 days in jail and required 200 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Mary Jane Scott, 52, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.
Terrell M. McDowell, 32, Youngstown, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.
A wrongful entrustment citation against Kathleen M. Kearns, 19, Wampum, Pa., were dismissed.
A Dec. 6 pretrial was set for Albert J. McVay, 49, Pleasant View Drive, Lisbon, charged with drug paraphernalia for a crack cocaine pipe allegedly thrown by McVay from a car window on Saturday.
A Jan. 7 pretrial was set for Timothy F. Boafor, 32, Youngstown, charged with driving under suspension.
A Jan. 14 pretrial was set for James Q. Hardesty, 34, East Third Street, Salem, cited with failure to reinstate a license.
A Jan. 28 pretrial was set for Roy A. Watson, 31, state Route 7, New Waterford, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing his pregnant wife about the house several times on Nov. 19.
