-Robert A. Mercer, 49, Foracher Drive, Rogers, was stopped southbound on state Route 7, waiting to turn left, when his vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Kyle Adams, 17, Eells Street, Rogers. Adams was cited for assured clear distance.

- After striking a deer on Endley Road in Center Township, a vehicle driven by Jessica A. Renea, 22, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, went off the right side of the roadway, striking a ditch and embankment before overturning.

- While eastbound on Cameron Road, Kathy J. Flowers, 41, Kensington Road, Carrollton, drove off the left side of the roadway, causing her vehicle to strike an embankment, overturn, then go off the right side, striking a fence. West Point Fire Department and North Star Critical Care ambulance were on the scene, but Flowers declined medical treatment or transport to a hospital. She was cited for failure to control.

- John P. Smollen, 54, East Street, East Palestine, was southbound on Township Road 945 in Unity Township when he reportedly failed to yield at a stop sign, then tried to avoid colliding with another vehicle. His vehicle ran off the side of the roadway, striking an embankment, and he was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.

- While southbound on Woodsdale Road, Brandon S. Moore, 17, Depot Road, Salem, reportedly went off the right side, then off the left side, striking an embankment and overturning. He was cited for failure to control. Two passengers, Michael Miller, 17, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, and Tiffany Kyser, 18, Beacon Light Road, Lisbon, were transported by Damascus EMS to Salem Community Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Damascus EMS also evaluated Moore and another passenger, William R. Beeson, 14, Spillway Road, Lisbon, at the scene of the crash but did not transport them. Winona Fire and Rescue also responded.
