LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Brandon Robert Stonestreet, 20, Coffee School Road, Salem, was fined $350 and required 40 hours community service for falsification for giving authorities his brother's identity, underage consumption and open container.

Harold A. Hackney, Thomas Drive, Wellsville, was fined $150, sentenced to three days in jail and required 40 hours community service at an animal shelter or humane society. Hackney had pleaded no contest to three counts of cruelty to animals after two dogs were left inside a home on Highland Avenue, Wellsville, when he was unable to continue providing them regular food or water.

A Feb. 7 pretrial was set for Brandon S. Wynne, 31, West Taggart Street, East Palestine, cited with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated.
