- Firefighters were called at 1:26 a.m. Monday for a water line break inside a residence possibly near an electrical outlet in the 1100 block of Oak Street. The water main to the house was turned off due to a water line break in the garage. The resident was told to contact the landlord about making necessary repairs.

- Firefighters were called by the police at 11:45 p.m. Sunday to respond to Church Budget, 271 S. Ellsworth Ave., where a large amount of water was found flowing from the southeast section of the building. The keyholder responded and once inside the building, firefighters found an open sprinkler head in the basement next to an old broken out window, with the basement full of water. The keyholder was told to contact the sprinkler company about replacing the broken head. Firefighters remained on the scene until 1:21 a.m. Monday.
