LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday an April 11 preliminary hearing was set for Latoya L. Monteiro, 24, last known address Mapletree Street, East Liverpool, charged with failure to verify a residence. According to court documents, Monteiro is a designated registered sexual offender, required to register every 90 days for the remainder of her life. However, she allegedly failed to do so prior to March 6.

John A. Hurst, 35, Teegarden Road, Lisbon, was fined $975, had his license suspended for one year, and was sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense and driving without a valid license.

Brent M. Banister, 21, Depot Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 and credited with five days served for theft for wood taken from a stack near state Route 644 in Kensington.

Anna L. Ulakovich, 59, Mineral Ridge, was fined $150 for failure to yield.

Michael J. Fowler, 34, North Vine Street, Columbiana, was fined $130 and had his license suspended for six months for a seat belt violation and possession of drug abuse instruments for a marijuana pipe inside the vehicle.

Robert S. Crespo, 26, Hernando, Fla., was fined $130 for no license and improper passing.

A May 2 pretrial was set for Michael A. Watson, 28, Canton, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Andrew J. Graber, 20, North Canton, cited with hit skip and failure to control.
