- Miles L. Reynolds, 24, Bank Street, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, OVI and no turn signal after a traffic stop on U.S. Route 30 eastbound. According to reports, Reynolds had a green leafy material on his shirt and when asked if it was marijuana, he said it was. Reynolds also reportedly advised the trooper there was a baggy of marijuana in the vehicle he was driving, according to reports. When the trooper went to the vehicle, a female passenger was asked where the marijuana was, and she had reportedly put it in her bra. She removed it and handed it to the trooper, he reported. When the vehicle was searched, an additional amount of suspected marijuana was found.
