- The fire alarm went off at the Lisbon Veterinary Clinic at 11 p.m. Thursday, but the alarm had been activated as a result of remodeling that was going on.


- Firefighters returned to the 600 block of Jennings Avenue after being called at 11:10 a.m. Friday for a report of possible smoke coming from a deck and swimming pool next to a structure which burned early Thursday morning. The smoke was determined to be steam from the pool that was covered with a tarp. The tarp was removed.
