- A domestic dispute was reported at 12:11 a.m. Tuesday by Heather Courtney, Parkview Drive, Lisbon. Courtney, who had retreated to her mother's house, told deputies her live-in boyfriend had been drinking a lot. She did not want him to drive the car he had just bought, so she took the keys and paperwork from him. He then reportedly began yelling at her, threw and broke her phone and began hitting her. She then drove the car to her mother's house. Deputies spoke to Stephen L. Nelder, 24, Parkview Drive, Lisbon, who said Courtney took the car and they had problems, but denied touching her. He was charged with domestic violence.

- A Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, woman reported at 2:21 a.m. Tuesday while she had been at a Foundry Hill Road address she left the keys in the ignition of her car and someone took the keys.

- A Pleasantview Drive, Lisbon, woman reported at 11:42 a.m. Friday while she was away from the house for about an hour someone took $260 and multiple DVDs.

- A deputy contacted a woman who lives on Cherry Street, Homeworth, at 9:35 a.m. Monday and discovered she needed some mental help. Her son and her counselor was notified so someone could check on her.

- A Hartley Road, Homeworth, reported at 12:48 p.m. Monday he saw someone taking photos of his home and he followed the vehicle and got a plate number. Deputies contacted the owner of the vehicle, who explained she works for an asset management company which takes photos for the banks. Deputies told the homeowner, who stated they had just applied for a loan.

- A U.S. Route 30, Minerva, woman reported at 1 p.m. Monday a neighbor called Children Services about her and now when she goes outside the neighbor yells at her and calls her names. Deputies tried to reach the neighbor, but were unable to do so.

- A Circle Drive, Minerva, woman reported at 5:30 a.m. Monday there was a suspicious vehicle in the church parking lot next to her vehicle. Deputies found a pickup truck with New Hampshire plates. The driver and a woman were sleeping in the cab. They told deputies they were on their way to pick up a trailer and stopped to rest.
