LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Brandon Harrison Collins, 28, Industry, Pa., was fined $900, sentenced to 30 days in jail with one suspended, had his license suspended for 180 days and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and drug paraphernalia after police reportedly found him with two push rods, a white rock substance, two marijuana cigarettes and a glass vile with a white powdery substance inside.
James V. Rhodes, 41, Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon, was credited with 58 days served in jail for criminal mischief for damaging the trunk of Ashley Baun's vehicle by hitting it with a log and two counts assault for punching Sally Lewis in the eye and throwing Tammy Ramage to the ground twice, all at a Dyke Road, Negley address on two different dates in July.
Martha M. Kennedy, was fined $350, had her license suspended for six months, was sentenced to three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for a lane violation and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Dawan E. Martin, was fined $280 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
Christopher P. Ardinger, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Elizabeth A. McCauley, 39, Laurel Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Amanda Delay, 29, Potters Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $165 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and a booster seat violation.
Jeramiah J. Bailey, 33, state Route 154, Rogers, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
David Felix, 64, Spitler Road, Poland, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from assured clear distance.
Jessi Lynn Roberts, 34, Tower Road, Salem, was fined $150 and credited with three days in jail already served for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for punching her husband in the eye on June 26.
David C. Brown, 58, South Lane, Hanoverton, was fined $150 for failure to control. A hit skip citation was dismissed.
Justin S. Spack, Arch Street, Salem, was fined $150 and sentenced with 180 days in jail with credit granted for 13 days already served for theft. According to court documents Spack, as a Walmart employee in July, took two computer routers from the meat prep room at the Salem Walmart with a total value of about $250.
Joshua S. Best, 32, Sharp Avenue, Salem, was fined $175 for failure to display a valid sticker and driving without a license amended from driving under FRA suspension.
Craig T. Test Sr., 42, Hermitage, Pa., was fined $100 for obstructing an intersection.
A Sept. 19 pretrial was set for a couple each charged with domestic violence against each other on Monday. Sarah M. Fitzsimons, 32, and Jacob Miller, 29, who have two small children together, allegedly punched each other in the face during a short argument.
A Sept. 19 pretrial was set for Jeffrey L. Ofenberger, 57, West Street, Minerva, cited with OVI first offense.
An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Brian McClelland, 29, Danburry Avenue, Wellsville, charged with assault for allegedly cussing at and hitting Christi Thirtyacre in the head with a ball, then throwing a bicycle at her and dumping the garbage can all over after he and his friends were asked to leave his uncle's Wellsville address where they were swimming without Thirtyacre's permission.
An Oct. 21 pretrial was set for Billie D. Lockhart, 36, Goshen Road, Salem, cited with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under suspension.
An Oct. 21 pretrial was set for Randy J. Scott, 32, Failor Road, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense, traffic control devices and a turn signal violation.
An Oct. 21 pretrial was set for Joseph J. Phelan, 32, Canfield, cited with OVI first offense and unsafe vehicle.
A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for James J. Cannell, 59, South Warwick, Canfield, cited with menacing for allegedly threatening a man at a South Egypt Road home, promising there would be blood shed when he returned after dark and then driving past the house that same date.
A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Benjamin H. Wiley Sr., 40, Columbia Street, Leetonia, cited with driving under FRA suspension and improper registration.
