Pleads guilty to EL vandalism

LISBON - Nicholas Pearson pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to vandalism. He faces up to 12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine.

Pearson reportedly broke out three windows at the Dairy Queen, West Eighth Street, East Liverpool, last Jan. 13 causing about $1,543 in damage. Sentencing is set for Nov. 4.
