BOARDMAN - Nancy Lee Valiquette, 81, died at Shepherd of the Valley in Boardman Tuesday evening.
She was born Jan. 12, 1933, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Chester and Jennie (Nelson) Deopping.
She was of the Lutheran faith.
She married Robert Valiquette, Nov. 1, 1958, and was a homemaker. He preceded her in death on Aug. 25, 2012.
She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Valiquette of New Springfield; three sons, Raymond (Lucy) Valiquette of Boardman, Robert (Maureen) Valiquette of Orlando, Fla., and David Valiquette of Columbiana; five grandchildren; and two sisters, Naomi and Joanie, both of Austintown.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home, 154 South Elm St. in Columbiana, with Pastor Ralph Edwards officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the service on Monday.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in her memory to Southern Care Hospice, 5401 Ashley Circle, Ste. E, Austintown, OH 44515.
The Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
