LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a Jan. 9 preliminary hearing was set for Dion D. McMillon, 22, East Orange, N.J., charged with aggravated robbery. McMillon, who is also known as Action, allegedly pointed a gun to Jarrell Jeter's head on Nov. 11, while demanding he give him all his (stuff), while in an outside portion of My Bar in Wellsville. Bond is set at $500,000 cash or surety. McMillon is the second man charged in connection with the alleged robbery. Curtis Holland, 20, and McMillon were both reportedly visible in video surveillance at the club committing the robbery.
Brothers charged in regards to robbery offenses in East Palestine both waived their rights to preliminary hearings and were bound over to the county grand jury. Daniel Lattanzio, 22, East North Avenue, East Palestine, is charged with two counts of robbery for allegedly robbing the clerks at the Family Dollar and at Gorby's on separate nights in early December. His bond is set at $100,000 cash or surety. His brother, Patrick Lattanzio, 27, is charged with complicity to robbery for allegedly serving as a lookout during the Family Dollar robbery and giving investigators false information.
Richard J. Wagner, 33, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury on a charge of assault on a peace officer. Wagner allegedly asked corrections officer Joseph Anderson to explain his court paperwork to him and when Anderson went into the cell, Wagner reportedly assaulted him on Dec. 19.
A Jan. 9 preliminary hearing was set for Richard E. Koffman, 32, charged with possession of a controlled substance. Koffman allegedly had a spoon which tested positive for heroin on July 1.
Andre P. Brooks, 42, Youngstown, was fined $705, had his license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
Randy S. Delp Jr., 34, West Ely Street, Alliance, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and a stop sign violation.
Norman K. Philippi Jr., 49, Egypt Road, Salem, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Alyssa R. Barnhart, 29, Boardman, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Deanna M. Lodge, 39, homeless, Salem, was fined $250, credited with six days served in jail and sentenced to an additional nine days for disorderly conduct. Lodge was found lying in an alley on Dec. 28 by residents of a nearby apartment, kept falling asleep due to her intoxication and refused to cooperate with medics attempting to get her medical attention until a Salem police officer she considered a "hunk" talked her into going.
Ryan J. Smith, 23, Bell School Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana possession and open container.
Malina M. Neishleb, 21, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for biting her live-in fiance, Tim Ingledue, in the arm on Dec. 22.
Joseph F. Hawkins Jr., 49, North Canton, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from improper passing.
Vincent C. Jones, 43, Penn Hills, Pa., was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Samantha Catalano, 22, Irish Ridge Road, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.
A Jan. 10 court trial was set for Robert A. Harroff, 28, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, charged with driving under suspension. Harroff was fined $30 for a speeding violation.
A Jan. 12 pretrial was set for Dillon T. Dellapenna, 20, Moore Street, East Liverpool, charged with assault for allegedly hitting Kenneth Stouffer about the head while they were inside the sheriff's transport van on Dec. 29.
A Jan. 19 pretrial was set for Timothy C. Herron, 39, Woodsdale Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly shoving and threatening his wife, Emily Herron, on Jan. 1 after she confronted him about a receipt for a necklace he reportedly bought for his girlfriend, Stephanie DeAngelo.
A Feb. 13 pretrial was set for Kaylynn E. Flowers, 24, West Clark Street, East Palestine, charged with menacing for allegedly being verbally abusive and physically pushing down deputy dog warden Amy Dowd when wardens came to confiscate her dogs on Nov. 25.
A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Joseph B. Halfhill, 32, Enon Valley, Pa., charged with OVI first offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, driving under FRA suspension and failure to control.
A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Brooke M. Gedeon, 21, West Clark Street, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense, two lights displayed, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
A driving under suspension citation against Kyle Blattert, 32, Raley Road, New Waterford, was dismissed after it was determined his license was valid, but it did not appear that way in BMV records on that day.
