Teegarden Road closure Teegarden Road between the Vincent Road intersections in Salem and Center townships will be closed Aug. 26 through 28 for a culvert replacement. The road will be closed at the project site but will be open to local traffic on either side of the construction site. State Route 39 upcoming daytime closures west of Wellsville

From Aug. 28 through Sept. 9, state Route 39 will close west of Wellsville between West Street and Old Irondale Road for culvert replacement work. Closure hours will be 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding Labor Day). The detour will be state Route 7 north to state Route 45 north, state Route 45 north to state Route 518 west, state Route 518 west to state Route 164 south, state Route 164 south back to state Route 39, and reverse. Estimated completion date is Sept. 9.
