Salem man charged with drug possession

LISBON — James J. Lippiatt Jr., 30, Washington Avenue, Salem, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. On Aug. 1, 2019, Lippiatt allegedly had less than the bulk amount of methamphetamines. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.
