LISBON — Shannon M. Johnson, 39, McDonald Street, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for a possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Johnson allegedly had less than five grams of the substance on May 3. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in September.
