LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Timothy A. Beaver, 21, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $150 and sentenced to 60 days in jail for obstructing official business for running from police on Feb. 28, when he had a warrant.

Chad Raymond, 27, West Pershing Street, Salem, was credited with three days served in jail, fined $150 and required 75 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct for entering an apartment without permission while intoxicated on April 17.

Jeffrey H. Wojtusik, 49, Canton, was fined $200, credited with eight days served and sentenced to an additional day for assault for grabbing Tanya Riter by the throat and striking her about the face on May 9.

Steven E. Slagle, 27, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $160 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

William C. Bowersock, 44, Echo Valley Road, Wellsville, was fined $250, credited with two days in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for smacking Kendra Bowersock in the face and pushing her on March 31.

Jessica M. Greathouse, 33, Camelot Drive, Columbiana, was fined $250, credited with three days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 177 days and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of drug abuse instruments and obstructing official business for giving police a false name on March 23.

Shelly Lynn Hernandez, 44, North Lima, was required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and a license plate light violation.

Desieree L. Levine, 51, Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $250, required 40 hours community service and credited with a day in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for punching her daughter in the face on April 13.

Richard Vecchio, 55, state Route 164, Lisbon, was credited with six days served in jail for persistent disorderly conduct for being drunk and staggering in the street on May 12.

Robert W. Macvite, 36, County Home Road, Lisbon, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can be returned to Pennsylvania where he is facing an alleged failure to appear violation.

Michael D. Keathley, 39, Sayre, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

An open container citation against Marissa Mendez, 24, Pittsburgh Street, Columbiana, was dismissed.

A June 20 pretrial was set for Rachael M. Bikauskas, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, charged with theft for allegedly leaving the Smart Style Salon in Walmart in Salem without paying for services on April 18.

A June 15 pretrial was set for Matthew M. Myers, 41, North Pearl Street, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching Nancy Myers in the head on May 17.

A July 20 pretrial was set for Lynette C. Davis, 48, Maple Street, Lisbon, cited with drug paraphernalia.

A June 29 pretrial was set for Shayla M. Adams, 27, Youngstown, cited with driving under suspension.
