-- Charles Jacob Cornell, 17, Center Street, Wellsville, was westbound on Osbourne Road in Madison Township at 4 p.m. Aug. 25 and went off the right side, over-corrected, then went off the left side into a ditch and a culvert. He was cited for failure to control.
-- Pauline Hayes, 62, state Route 558, Leetonia, was eastbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 24 and when the horse trailer she was pulling broke away and struck Elizabeth M. Ward, 24, Crestview Road, Columbiana, who was also eastbound on state Route 558. Hayes was cited for unsafe vehicle.
-- Logan M. Snay, 17, Second Street, Hanoverton, was southbound on Zeigler Road in Hanover Township at 3:30 a.m. Aug. 24 and went off the left edge into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.
-- David J. Mayzik, 63, Youngstown, was northwestbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 4:10 p.m. Aug. 23 and failed to yield at a stop sign and struck Joseph R. Callehan, 53, Clover Road, Salineville, who was southbound on state Route 164. Mayzik was cited for failure to yield.
-- Martin J. Heckathorn, 57 state Route 164, Lisbon, was northbound on state Route 164 in Center Township at 11:35 a.m. Aug. 23 and the left front tire of his vehicle came off and struck a house on the west side of the road. He was cited for unsafe vehicle.
