LISBON — In county Municipal Court, a Sept. 25 preliminary hearing was set for Michael L. Wade, 46, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with OVI fourth offense and driving under suspension.
An Oct. 5 pretrial was set for Daniel Lattanzio, 23, East North Avenue, East Palestine, charged with assault for allegedly taking part in striking and kicking Jededia Hill at the county jail on Sept. 2.
Brandie N. Poynter, 23, last known address South Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $400 and credited with two days served in jail for disorderly conduct for punching a vehicle while intoxicated on Sunday.
Brian R. Houshour, 33, Salem-Warren Road, Salem, was fined $305, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for a seat belt violation, a plate light violation and reckless operation second offense amended from OVI first offense.
Tammy L. Orr, 28, Gladys Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $250, credited with three days in jail, sentenced to an additional seven days in jail, had her license suspended for six months and required 20 hours community service for obstructing official business and possession of drug paraphernalia. Orr allegedly gave a false name and date of birth when Wellsville police found her in a white pickup in the Rite Aid parking lot on Sept. 15. K-9 Chief then reportedly found several items of drug paraphernalia and suspected heroin inside.
Justin D. Pitts, 31, Railroad Street, Hanoverton, was fined $180, had his license suspended for six months, required 20 hours community service and credited with three days in jail for marked lanes, possession of drug abuse instrument and possession of instruments to ingest or inhale controlled substances. Pitts had a straw with residue and a used syringe found in his vehicle with the help of a Salem K-9 on July 21.
Daniel A. Barker, 32, Y and O Road, Wellsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for welts found on the back of his 9-year-old son when he was returned to his mother on Feb. 20.
Olivia M. Bowman, 18, Lisbon Road, Salem, was fined $100, credited with two days in jail and required 20 hours community service for theft for allegedly concealing several items total $152 in her purse on Saturday and leaving the Salem Walmart.
An Oct. 23 pretrial was set for Lance D. Derrick, 30, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, charged with domestic violence for hitting his wife, Danielle F. Derrick, in the face, dragging her by her hair and choking her by placing his weight on her neck with his knee on Saturday.
An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Jesse J. Slocum, 20, West 14th Street, Salem, cited with underage consumption.
A Nov. 2 pretrial was set for Donald Keith Foster III, 32, state Route 7, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, no license, parking on a highway and improper backing.
An Oct. 30 pretrial was set for Luke J. Wilson, 25, Bridge Street, Minerva, cited with driving under suspension.
An Oct. 31 pretrial was set for Danny J. Shultz, 50, Egypt Road, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.
Sal J. Thompson, 19, Warren, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Kasey M. McMillan, 26, Vincent Lane, Lisbon, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.
Jamie Manley, 41, Millrock Road, New Waterford, was fined $100 for speeding.
