--Police responded to Walmart on East State Street where a woman reported at 1:45 p.m. Friday that she either lost or had her wallet stolen. The wallet contained several personal/medical cards and a few credit cards.
-- Police were called at 12:17 p.m. Friday for an alleged dispute at Walmart. Officers spoke to both parties involved and found there was an argument over personal and family issues. All parties said they would cease their actions.
-- Suspicious activity was reported in a vehicle at 12:07 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of East State Street. The vehicle was described as a silver Lincoln and could not be located.
-- An anonymous caller at 11:59 a.m. Friday reported a dispute in the 600 block of East Third Street where a dog was struck by a vehicle. The owner said his dog got loose and was struck by a yellow older model SUV in front of the residence and the vehicle did not stop, continuing east on East Third Street.
-- An unruly child was reported at 10:58 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of Franklin Avenue. An officer spoke with the mother and son. The mother said the child was being unruly at school and she had to bring him home and was trying to get him to the doctor. Officers spoke with the child and he got into the vehicle with his mom and they left to go to the doctor.
-- A man at 10:01 a.m. Friday reported his friend's ex-girlfriend stole his gas-powered weed eater from an address on West 10th Street and pawned it off at Cashland. The incident was under investigation.
-- An alarm was reported at 3:51 a.m. Friday in the 1800 block of East State Street, with the exterior found secure.
-- A resident reported suspicious activity at 1:13 a.m. Friday when he saw a man pounding on the fence at 423 W. Pershing St., the former Downtown Metals. While police were enroute, the resident called back and said the person left on foot heading west. Officers checked the area, but did not find the person.
-- Suspicious activity was reported at a body shop business at 406 W. State St. at 11:57 p.m. Thursday when a neighbor heard noise that sounded like someone walking around the outside of the building. Police were unable to find anyone and found the building secure.
-- A woman in the 300 block of East Third Street reported at 8:48 p.m. Thursday that a known female won't quit texting her. Officers were going to contact the other person.
-- A neighbor dispute was reported at 8:45 p.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of East Pershing Street where a woman said the neighbor is blocking the shared driveway with wood. Police spoke with both parties and told them to stay on their own property and don't block the driveway with anything until the land is surveyed.
-- A reckless driver was reported in the area of Arby's at 8:42 p.m. Thursday. An officer located the vehicle and followed it for several blocks, but did not witness any violation or reason to stop the vehicle.
-- Police responded to a report of a male passed out in a vehicle at 7:55 p.m. Thursday in the area of North Howard Avenue and West Seventh Street. Officers made contact with the vehicle owner who advised he had been drinking and often sits in his car and sleeps. He then goes into his parents' residence and goes to bed. This was confirmed by his parents. He was advised not to have the car running after drinking. He went inside for the night.
-- Police responded at 6:31 p.m. Thursday to Centennial Park for a fight in progress, finding that several female juveniles had been in a physical altercation. One of the girls was still at the scene and had a minor injury. Police spoke to the juvenile and a parent and advised them of their options for pursuing charges.
-- Police assisted Canfield Police by going to a property in the 600 block of Olive Street at 5:03 p.m. Thursday to gather information for a hit/skip that occurred earlier in the day in Canfield.
-- A resident in the 600 block of East Third Street called at 4:56 p.m. Thursday to report an issue with his mail. He was advised to contact the postal service.
-- Zachary Brautigam, 25, of South Lincoln Avenue, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after his westbound vehicle struck the back of another westbound vehicle driven by Richard Adams, 46, of Lakeside Drive, Beloit, who was stopped in traffic at 4:39 p.m. Thursday on East State Street near Highland Avenue. No injuries were reported.
-- A suspicious vehicle was reported at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Woodland Avenue. The people inside the vehicle told police they were in front of a friend's house and were sitting there talking.
-- Keith Whorley, 20, of Vine Avenue, and Kassi Snay, 19, of Prospect Street, were each charged with underage consumption after police were called at 3:32 a.m. Tuesday to the 200 block of Vine for a fight. Both parties said nothing physical had taken place. Both males said the other party started the incident resulting in an argument. During the investigation, police found that a male and female underage had consumed alcohol. They were charged and taken to the Columbiana County jail.

-- Police responded at 3:24 a.m. Friday to the 900 block of West Pidgeon Road for a possible verbal dometic dispute. Police spoke to two people at the residence who said nothing was going on. They said they thought someone they knew was trying to get them in trouble for no reason. Police checked both people and saw no signs of any physical violence.
--An officer at 3:27 p.m. Thursday spoke with a resident in the 1700 block of Hearthside Drive about his John Deere gator being driven around the neighborhood by juveniles in a reckless manner. Police warned the resident of the consequences if the children were caught riding the vehicle around the neighborhood unsupervised.
-- Township police along with Salem police, Perry Township fire department and KLG Ambulance responded to the 1200 block of East 12th Street for a medical at 4:08 p.m. Wednesday. The person was taken to Salem Regional Medical Center by KLG.
-- Police responded at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday to the 700 block of Benton Road for a reported hit/skip. Police found that a Penske truck making a delivery backed into multiple mailboxes before driving away.
LEETONIA
-- An officer responded to a Lisbon Street home at 10:31 a.m. Thursday in reference to a loose dog. The officer was unable to contain the dog and no one was home. The owner, Jamie Lowe, 30, was cited due to having previously warned several times.
