-- A deputy checked on a barking dog complaint at a home on Sunset Drive in Hanover Township at 11 p.m. Saturday. No one was home at the time, and the dogs quieted down.
-- A deputy checked on a barking dog complaint at a home on Hillcrest Road at 11 p.m. Aug. 26 but did not hear any dogs barking.
-- A deputy checked on a report of suspicious activity outside of a home on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 12:48 a.m. Sunday but found no one.
-- Deputies were called to a home on state Route 45 in Madison Township at 12:26 a.m. Friday for a domestic violence report. Amber Stockford told a deputy that she believed Nicholas Stockford was going to become violent while they were arguing and that he had told her he had taken some pills. Deputies found there was a warrant already out for Nicholas Stockford's arrest and he was taken into custody.
-- Joe Radman, state Route 7, New Waterford, reported at 8:13 a.m. Friday he was the chef at the Feed and Sing on state Route 14 in Salem Township and he had a falling out with the general manager and left the building but he wanted to return to retrieve his personal property, which he said included a french fry cutter, cooking utensils, pots and pans. A deputy attempted to contact the manager to get his side of the story, but the manager could not be reached.
-- A Spillway Road, Hanover Township woman reported at 9 p.m. Thursday her dog found some type of bone while digging and she requested a deputy check the bone to make sure it was not something suspicious. A deputy found the bone belonged to a dead deer.
-- Terri Truex, Sandy Spring Road, West Township, reported at 4:27 p.m. Thursday her children noticed a U.S. Mail truck back into a brick pillar in her driveway. While speaking with the deputy Truex reported that the mail supervisor arrived to speak with her about the damage, and they would work it out among themselves.
-- A deputy was called to a home on state Route 62 in Butler Township at 9:49 p.m. Monday for a report of people yelling. The deputy spoke with a man and a woman, who said they were having relationship problems but no violence occurred. The woman said she would leave for the night.
-- Kerri Jean White, Depot Road, Salem Township, reported at 7:16 p.m. Monday her estranged husband Matthew White was harassing her by text message and he would not stop despite her telling him to. A deputy spoke with Mr. White, who said that the problem started because he was going to take his current girlfriend to the home to pick up his daughter for visitation, and that his attorney told him he could do that. Kerri White reported she did not want the woman on her property and was upset when her estranged husband brought her there. The deputy again spoke with Mr. White and told him that if he brought his girlfriend on the property she would be charged with trespassing as she is not welcome there. The deputy also notified the woman that she was not welcome on the property and would face trespassing charges if she arrived.
-- On Thursday, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Charles K. Lydic, 53, Armstrong Lane, East Liverpool, charged with fugitive from justice.
-- Deputies were notified at 7:23 p.m. Thursday three pigs were loose on Trinity Church Road. Shortly after, someone reported that a man had retrieved the pigs and they were back in their enclosure.
-- A deputy responded to a child custody dispute at a Mountz Road, Knox Township home at 7:53 p.m. Thursday. No charges were filed.
