-- Police responded to Rose Avenue for a 911 call at 12:29 a.m. Sunday with a fight heard in the background. One of the people involved told police it was only a shoving match and the other person left. The person who spoke to police had dropped his glasses and lost a lens which police found and gave back to him. No injuries were reported.
-- A bicycle reported stolen earlier in the day was recovered at 11:31 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of East Eighth Street where the bicycle was found to have stickers removed. The owner responded to take possession. A possible suspect's name and contact information was obtained and charges are pending on the original incident reported at 4:47 p.m. at Reilly Avenue. A juvenile said he was playing at Reilly Stadium and his bicycle was parked inside the stadium. He said a male jumped on his bike and stole it, leaving northbound from the area. Police also spoke with a parent, with an address in the 300 block of East Eighth Street on the report.
-- An officer at 9:59 p.m. Saturday saw a male riding a bicycle in the center of the road in the 800 block of East Pershing Street. The officer made contact and told the male to keep the bicycle on the right side of the road.
-- A dispute was reported at 9:37 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Walnut Street. A man said a female was upset at another female inside the residence who had an affair with her husband. He said she yelled through a window to his apartment at the other female and tried pushing in his window air conditioner. He just wanted her to leave and stop bothering him. The female denied the allegations and she and her husband left.
-- A medical was reported at 8:08 p.m. Saturday on Continental Drive where a female said everything was ok. A young male juvenile who resides there needed transported to the hospital by ambulance due to a medical condition. Officers left as medical personnel arrived.
-- A woman in the 1600 block of Merle Road reported a juvenile problem at 7:03 p.m. Saturday, saying she saw a few juveniles outside her residence and they appeared they were going to throw bags of leaves into the street. They were not found,
-- A suspicious object was reported at 4:18 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Jennings Avenue after a man said he came home and found an extremely damaged tape measure sitting on his back porch. He said it was not there when he left and he thought maybe the neighbor left it there. Police made contact with the neighbor's husband who advised he accidently ran over the tape measure with a lawn mower and believed it belonged to the man.
-- A man from Coffee School Road reported at 4:17 p.m. Saturday that his mother gave his firearms to his brother and the brother gave all the firearms back except for one. He was told the situation was civil. Shortly after he left the station, officers were advised the item was returned.
-- Police responded to the 600 block of Woodland Avenue at 3:48 p.m. Saturday for a 911 call with an open phone line that sounded like a child on the other end of the call. An officer made contact with a resident who said a young child got the cell phone and dialed the number. The officer saw the child with the phone in her hand and she appeared ok.
-- A Vine Avenue resident called at 3:17 p.m. Saturday to report three male juveniles climbing on her roof along with a neighboring business. When police arrived in the 100 block, the resident said they left walking east. It was unknown where they went.
-- Police responded for an alleged fight at 2:50 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Newgarden Avenue where they learned no physical violence took place, but there was an argument with residents in the neighborhood. All parties were told that due to this being an ongoing problem and the police continuously called, they'll face charges if they don't cease their actions and disorderly behavior. All separated and went their nearby homes.
-- A possible break-in was reported at 2:39 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of South Union Avenue. The caller said a male who did not live there was getting into a shed. Officers made contact with the male who said he was cleaning out items for the people moving from the residence, which the residents confirmed when contacted.
-- Police responded at 12:50 p.m. Saturday to the 500 block of Walnut Street for a 911 hang up call. The caller said his cousin got drunk and he wanted him to leave. Officers escorted the male from the residence and gave him a ride home.
-- A parking complaint was reported at 11:39 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Highland Avenue where temporary no parking signs were still up. Three vehicles were given tickets, including one for parking where there's no parking year-round.
-- A man in the 200 block of East Fourth Street reported at 11:16 a.m. Saturday that a shopping cart was left in his front yard. The fire department picked up the shopping cart and the store name on the cart did not belong to any local businesses. It was unknown where the cart originated.
-- A man on Brooklyn Avenue reported at 8:27 a.m. Saturday that multiple items were taken from his vehicle overnight.
-- Officers were dispatched at 5:28 p.m. Friday to the area of South Howard Avenue and West Pershing Street for a fight. Officers saw 12 to 15 people in the area but no physical fight. People were yelling at a male's residence and taunting him to come out and fight. Officers spoke with one of the males who said he was upset because the male in question had attempted to sell him narcotics. All parties were told to cease their actions.
