LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Seth Williams, 23, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $25 for disorderly conduct.
Joseph A. Miles Jr., 20, Alexandria, Va., was fined $200 and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for two counts possession of marijuana.
Zachary Daniels, 25, East State Street, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Carl Weaver, 44, South Range Road, Salem, was fined $30 for expired registration and failure to transfer.
Brittiany Birchak, 24, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for wrongful entrustment.
Aaron Kyles, 27, Canton, was fined $130, placed on one year probation and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and traffic lights.
Timogene L. Howell, 25, Youngstown, was fined $150, placed on one year probation and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

David J. McWilliams, 39, Washington Street, Leetonia, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension, fictitious plates and plate light.
Jody Lee McVay, 55, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, having weapons under disability case bound over to county common pleas court. McVay was allegedly in possession of a .12-gauge shotgun during a traffic stop in Center Township on Jan. 17 and had a prior conviction of felony drug charges.
